This prosperity is located in the heart of the Zona Romantica and is within short walking distance to restaurants, bars/clubs and the beach. Property is very secure and safe. Cannot beat the low price!!! I will definitely stay here on future visits to Puerto Vallarta!

Not my favorite, recommend finding another

I reserved this hotel based on the listing I saw. About a week or so before my trip I was informed that the room I reserved was now taken and they had a similar room I could stay in and that it was an upgrade. What they did not mention was that it was in a DIFFERENT BUILDING AND LOCATION. It was about one block away. I waited at the advertised location and no one showed so I was later told I needed to carry my luggage to the new location a block away. I was annoyed to say the least. The newly assigned room/condo is in great condition, new, etc. However, as is sometimes common with new construction some design flaws were pretty bad. For example, you can’t open the microwave door wide enough to put in a plate due to the stove placement, the shower door hits the toilet, the sink is tiny in the kitchen, the fridge has a water dispenser built in but has no water, and the balcony has a view of jumbled telephone and power cables. The bed was mediocre. In short, I do not recommend this place. At least the place I stayed which was two streets away.
