"We had a great stay at Fiesta Americana All-Inclusive in Puerto Vallarta! The staff was consistently attentive and friendly, which really made our experience feel relaxing and welcoming. We spent a lot of time at the pool, and Luis, our waiter, went above and beyond to make sure we were always taken care of—he truly stood out. The food throughout the resort was good, with the cevichería and the Asian restaurant being our favorites. Our rooms were kept clean every day, which we really appreciated and made our stay even more comfortable. Our kids had a great time at the kids club, and Max, who led the daytime entertainment, kept things fun and engaging for everyone. If we had one suggestion, it would be to extend the kids club hours a bit and offer more entertainment options during the week at night. Overall, we would definitely recommend this resort and look forward to coming back!"
