「This hotel is not as bad as some people reviews it, but I do have to say it needs major updates. The AC is bad, 9th floor the lowest it went was 21.5C and they gave me a second room and was same. Plus there was a couple of roaches. They cut the water twice while we were showering without announcing it. 「Property was very clean, but tired, pool was shut down because of algae blooms just before we arrived and then opened back up. Pepe was one of the activity directors! Great! They had free bikes. Rode bikes and walked into town a lot. Breakfast was always good. Need to control the birds better. They would eat your food if you weren’t sitting at the table.」

「Amazing hotel, with an amazing staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where the entire staff was so helpful, accommodating, pleasant and friendly. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers.
