"The property owner was very unresponsive. It was missing a few important amenities, which we then purchased under our own cost. Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on. "To be honest , we booked a trip back to the same place due to the fact that we loved the staff. There were so many to name that.Unfortunately , I can't even remember all of the bartenders that we encountered. Or the staff members , for example , alexis , we won't ever forget him and his team because they were the best we actually came to this resort in march of this year two thousand and twenty six. We came back this june because we loved it so much we ended up staying twelve nights. They just made it so welcoming that at the end , I can only tell you it was all worth it. The team there is entertaining and will take care of you. Not to mention the servers. I only wish I could remember their names.They were not ordinary names , they were very unique. Is I will call them all my uncles in spanish. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know not only was it affordable accommodating and fun. If you're looking for rooms that are clean , this , is it. If you're looking for good food , definitely go to lunch from at their seafood place that turns into a mexican restaurant at night."

"We had a great stay at the Blue Angel Dive resort. It was my 1st dive resort adventure as a new diver and they made me feel very comfortable and supported the whole time. It was wonderful having the restaurant on-site (with breakfast included -Bonus!). All the staff were great, especially Carlos & Rigel in the restaurant. Dive shop & boat folks were phenomenal! Dona Mary & Alfredo kept things on track & flowing. Ana took special care of me as I was a new diver & kinda freaked out at one point, but she reassured me while under the water & we finished strong & well. Hanging out at the resort was pleasant & relaxing. The pool was open and available til later in the evening and there was even really good live music several of the nights. No need to go anywhere else. Eva the owner was an added treat, very personable and kind. She definitely loves the place! I'm looking forward to my next trip back. It's not a "fancy" place, feels more like family & laid back. I really enjoyed it! The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. They supplied both shower & pool towels."

"This is our second time staying here since February of this year. Totally love this place, been coming to Cozumel for over 40 years, I was so impressed with the staff and really everything from the restaurants to the snack bars across the street. All I can say is WOW. Should be back in October for dia de los Muertos celebration. See y’all soon and Thanks Again"
