「Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about...

「This was one of the best handicap hotel rooms I have ever been in, the bed was lowered, the bathroom was spacious, and it had a roll in shower. We stayed overnight and it was nice because it was connected by skyway to the Target Center and close to restaurants. The only recommendation I have is more options for the continental breakfast.」

「The front desk staff was not allowing me to check in due to the name of reservation is different with the name on my passport. This was the first time I encountered such situation. Though she stilled allow me to check in after I show my email address and phone number. 30 minutes was passed. And, my colleagues was required to slide the credit card twice even though the first slide was approved. 」

「The staff was incredibly helpful in helping us get a last minute room for a big group. The suite we stayed in was perfect and incredibly spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good and had plenty of tables that were well spaced out. The night shift front desk worker and security guard were the best, he helped find us extra blankets and the security guard brought them all the way up to our room to drop them off for us. Would definitely come back!」

「Everything was great. The Front Desk Agent, Sinead, was incredibly helpful. Our room had some AC issues and they immediately sent someone to help. When they weren't able to immediately fix the issue, we were able to get another room. I would come back, for sure.」

「There were screws left on stairway by pool. The pool had slit of water everywhere so it was super slippery not very clean out there. Towels were not stocked in both rooms one one per room and another guest said the same thing in there room so this was three rooms stocked with one towel, we had to ask for them.
