「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「I would definitely NOT recommend this establishment, if my LIFE depended on it!! They could care less about their customers. Customer Service and maintenance are a JOKE. The air conditioner was never fixed. in the room. Nor, did I move to the room that was being saved for me. They sold the room to someone else, instead. The management is HORRIBLE!! This African American Female, Solo Traveler was treated inhumane, eleven hours from home.」

「Dirty, nasty, disgusting. Staff was rude and the parking lot was shady. Everything was filthy and people were doing inappropriate things with each other on the elevator as it opened in front of my 9 year old granddaughter. Never, NEVER again」

「Elevator doesn’t work, got stuck more than once, when we opted to take the some of the stairs are broken at the base which is a huge hazard coming down or going up from the 6th floor carrying items. I had a room with two beds, and one of the beds has something black at the bottom of the sheet, our balcony door did not slide open easy and had to be pushed open with force, bathroom door is way too close to the toilet where you can’t open/close the door all the way, staff was friendly. Was definitely giving racist even though he was middle eastern or something from some sort of nationality/ethnicity. Stalked us outside while we were in our cars finding another place to stay and kept walking back and forth, staring. DONT RECOMMEND!!! 」

「Last minute room but was surprisingly very clean inside and very quiet despite it being spring break. The bathroom looks to just been remodeled and tub very clean. The cleaners worked very hard and I think management actually cares about their property. Can’t control the people that pay for rooms but they do control the noise and smoking thank goodness. 「No hot water, both at night and the next morning, the water wasn't even warm. I mentioned it the next morning at the front desk and the employee says, "well I guess we need to look at that" and turned and walked off. No apology, just walked off.」
