「We didn’t pay for an oceanfront view, so I knew we’d have a street view but I expected to still have a personal balcony. We got to the room and opened the balcony door to find the roof. When talking to other guests on our floor, we learned that everyone on the 2nd floor without an ocean view had access to the roof. Needless to say, we kept the balcony door locked because it seemed like a potential security issue. The staff was polite and helpful. At first one of our room keys wasn’t working...

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「Property was clean and beds were comfortable. Checking in was the worst though. The line was wrapped around the whole reception area which is amazing small. Took an hour to just checkin.」

「I had a great time at the Grand Hotel! It had an outdoor pool and an indoor pool and 2 jacuzzis. It was just so great. It was relaxing and I liked that our rooms were spacious. We had a problem with our door not closing all the way and maintenance came and fixed it immediately. We had a great view, we will definitely be staying there again. :)」

「The staff was very friendly and We brought our 2 little kids under 5 years old, and we had all the amenities that we need, the only thing that people should know that there is no breakfast. That is free and they only serve breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and that is for a fee. The poor it was very nice. The lazy river was nice. And the kids mini water park was nice. The hotel is a 2 minute drive, 12 minute walk hotel room was clean. The water pressure was okay could have been better. But...
