「Possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I didn’t receive the check in instructions, so on arriving had to spend around an hour trying to figure things out. There are no staff at the property and the phone number on their website is incorrect. Room had no bin, no mirror or tea & coffee facilities. This is a basic. 「The location was great, easily access to everything. We quickly found a short cut through the mall to princess street. The apartment was also nice and quiet. It was mostly clean but there was some grit or dirt on the floor as I could hear it rubbing on my case. We expected a sofa as the pictures on the website had a picture of the executive suite with a sofa but apparently that’s only for those with a balcony! 「Comfortable apartment with most of the things we needed. Easy walk up to the Playhouse and Princes street. Large Tesco with in easy distance. However, the blackout blind in the bedroom didn’t work and although my husband emailed the host we didn’t get a response. The microwave/oven had been replaced with a microwave and no instructions. The lights over the bunks were somewhat dubious.」
