「Todo estuvo fatal , desde que entras en olor a alfombra sucias es evidente . Las habitaciones tiene hongo y las sábanas se ven desgastadas y manchadas.Los muebles del lobby se veían de la misma manera . Fuimos en un viaje familiar con niños y personas asmáticas. Nos tuvimo que ir al otro día de nuestra reserva por que habíamos llegado muy tarde para irnos el mismo día. En la página decía que tenia cuna para bebés, si embargo llegamos y no había nada y preguntamos y nos indicaron que no...

「Great trip to beautiful Chattanooga! Mom & 2 kids, stayed 3 nights in a double queen to visit family in Hixson & a trip to Rock City & the Incline. Room was very clean, spacious, and was attended daily by housekeeping <3 They did a fabulous job. The kitchenette had fridge, flat top stove, dishwasher, all cookware. Convenient, seemingly safe location, with a Chipotle, Starbucks, liquor store in walking distance, & Northgate Mall & other food places a short drive. Probably the nicest, newest hotel...

「We arrived late to the hotel on the final night of vacation and after just over an hour or so, learned that our son had passed away at home. We quickly got our things together and prepared to leave. The clerk was the first person we saw after receiving terrible news and they were very compassionate and kind in our pain and sorrow. I will never forget that.」
