"Loved the opportunity to stay at such an iconic hotel in historic Chattanooga. Staying in the old box car was an awesome and memorable experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a light out in the bathroom and I needed to be able to do my makeup as I was getting ready for my wedding, but maintenance came by immediately to bring a new bulb. So much to do in the area, no matter what your reason is for visiting. Overall I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you’re looking for the “Chattanooga experience”. "

"I've never really had a bad stay at a Doubletree, and this was no exception. The hotel and room was beautiful and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the room was dark. Best night's sleep we've had in a while. The shower was wonderful too. 10 out of 10 in my opinion. I will definitely stay here again!"

"Front desk clerk was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Fast and easy check-in with very reasonable prices. Beautiful place to stay. Very clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice and quiet with no traffic noise. Dining and kitchen area were clean and had several different fast breakfast options. Check-out was fast and easy and the desk clerk was very pleasant. I give this place an A+ and highly recommend this motel. "
