「Overall, my stay at Casa del de Toro in Playa Flamingo was enjoyable. It was nice to be away but not to far away from things to do. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and overall very helpful. The room was clean and the AC kept the temperature at a reasonable level. 」

「The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The entire property was well maintained. We enjoyed the wonderful pool and loved that the resort was a few feet away from the ocean. Access to local dining was a plus with some restaurants on the beach! Most importantly the entire staff was amazingly friendly, professional and attentive especially Mallory, Carol and Priscilla. Would definitely recommend a visit and will be coming back!」

「The room was clean although there were ants crawling around. We were led to beleive the restaurant was open as the promotional info claimed they served cajun style food. When we arrived, it turnes out the restaurant hasnt even been built yet and there was also alot of construction going on daily.」

「Angie, in reception, was extremely helpful and friendly. We needed to change rooms and she was very understanding and helped us quickly. Breakfast was fresh, healthy and good. We enjoyed being able to walk out on the beach. One morning we went into the water very early, prior to breakfast. We also enjoyed the pool and the surrounding grounds. The one negative was the first night when a local establishment blasted techno music until 3am.」

「We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and loved the full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and outdoor seating area. The pool is large and warm and we had it all to ourselves all 3 days we went swimming. (Closes at 7pm so slight improvement would be longer hours.) Grocery store a couple minute walk away so very convenient if you want to get supplies for some meals. Location would feel inconvenient if you do not have a rental car. (Beach access is a long walk). But with a car we loved how it was central to so...

「We did not have a good experience during our stay. When we first arrived, there was no welcome experience or refreshments offered, which made the check-in feel uninviting. In our room, basic amenities such as towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner were missing. The toilet was also not properly cleaned when we arrived, and it remained in poor condition throughout our 5-day stay. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and our room was sometimes skipped until we contacted the front desk to request...

「The property and villas were stunning! Staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. Everyone knew us by name! Loved having breakfast included with many delicious options. Having a stand alone villa was a treat. No noisy neighbors! We spent a couple mornings at the main pool and usually ended up in our plunge pool in the afternoons. The views from everywhere are amazing! Although we loved our Sunset Villa, it was warm in the late afternoon when trying to get ready for dinner. No way to block out...
