Amazing place to base yourself near Flamingo and Potrero beaches and local restaurants and groceries. Immaculate new kitchenware and appliances and thoroughly cleaned and the hosts were v communicative over Whatsapp. Would love to stay here again before too long!

We had a wonderful stay at the studios: location is great close to flamingo, conchal and penca beaches; the place is cozy and it makes you feel like home; they have thought about every single detail to make your stay unforgettable. Pool and fire place are great. Communication was easy, quick, helpful and super friendly. We will def come back and recommend !

Z-102 Studios is an extraordinary place to stay!!!! I couldn’t speak more highly of it. Modern architecture, well appointed, artistic, functional… beyond expectation. We traveled with our young kids, so the extra bedroom, stocked kitchen, and pool were a huge plus. We had everything we needed and more. The entire property was kept immaculately clean and well presented. The appliances top notch and there’s even a washer/dryer, which came in great handy for us. Wish we could have stayed longer! It would be awesome to book all 4 apartments and come with family and friends. The neighboring area looks super cute, with live music, karaoke, outdoor restaurants and bars. We didn’t get to experience it because of a short visit, but it looked very inviting and lively. Gabriela, our rental contact was proactive, very hospitable, and super easy to contact. The check in process was super easy and smooth. The only thing to note is that our drive in was an interesting journey, crossing 2 flooded roads. We were driving at night and very lucky that we were following a local who knew the paths through the water. Otherwise, we would have turned back! So I would recommend traveling in daylight if possible, but it sure was a great way to get the true Costa Rica welcome experience! We loved our stay at Z-102 studios and would happily return. Highly recommended!!!

The area and accommodations were both amazing. Excellent location and beautiful property. The host is so responsive and helpful with coordinating rentals for excursions…in addition to local attractions. Will definitely return here on my next trip to Costa Rica.

Endroit paradisiaque. L’appartement est propre et contient tous les essentiels. La cours offre une mini piscine, un espace feu, un coin lounge. J’aurais aimé rester plus longtemps.
