「Room is very big and cozy and all employees are nice and friendly」

「1. Location is good 2. Bell boy is proactive when checkin 3. Room is clean basically BUT RATs are running on the ceiling, you can clearly hear the sound of them. 4. Reception staffs are chit chatting loudly in the lobby. 5. Showing water are actually cold while the temperature is 4degree Celsius. Will not come again because of the horrible mouse during the night.」

「The Tigerlily was absolutely amazing. Looks just like the photos and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.」
