"We stayed over in the hotel for two nights. The staff members are available all the time and very helpful whenever you need anything. The room was clean and organised. Our room was located in the lower ground and it mentioned on website that has a window and it was window inside of the room; however, it doesn’t mentioned that the window is fixed panel and it’s not openable. Also, it hasn’t any fridge in the room, so bear in mind if you want to stay in this hotel, you don’t have that chance to have cold bottle of water in your fridge. In overall I could give 4 star out 5 for the hotel."

"Location perfect for a first time visit to Edinburgh as so close to many historical sites and lots of restaurants and shops. We stayed at beginning and end of our trip.our 4th floor room more spacious than the room we had on the 3rd floor.Both were clean. We did not eat but did enjoy a drink at the bar one evening with a friendly crowd."
