The room was cozy and warm with a large window and window seat. Premium toiletries, lotion, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Lovely updated bathroom. Steps from the bus line and many restaurants within 2 blocks. Staff was friendly and offered suggestions about where to eat and find live music. Safe neighborhood setting. Mother and daughter traveling together. Excellent coffee and very nice breakfast buffet.

Signal on TV was awful. Main radiator didn't work so we used the small portable radiator in the wardrobe. Room was very clean and comfy, staff courteous and knowledgeable re bus routes and timetables. Parking available on hotel front. Overall, a very enjoyable stay at a nice, intimate hotel.

Great stay in Edinburgh

Lovely small boutique hotel on a quiet street in Edinburgh. A little bit tough to maneuver the stairs if you're an older person but we managed. The large room that we were in was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had about the area. Overall a very positive experience.
