"BEWARE! DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION! WE PLANNED ON SLEEPING IN TODAY. WOKE UP TO HAMMERING , BANGING, DRILLING, CHANINSAWS. . TRIED TO CALL FRONT DESK TO ASK WHY THIS WAS EXTREMELY LOUD & NON STOP, STAFF TOLD ME TO CALL BACK IN 10 MINUTES .WE WENT DOWNSTAIRS TO TALK TO SOMEONE, THEY SAID THEY WOULD STOP UNTIL WE LEFT FOR THE DAY, YET THEY CONTINUED. DUST PARTICLES WERE FLYING AROUND EVERYWHERE THAT WE COULD SEE IN THE BATHROOM OVERHEAD LIGHTS, WHICH IM SURE WERE THROUGHOUT THE ROOM & MOST LIKELY COMING THROUGH THE AIR VENTS. WE HAD TO CHECKOUT, DUE TO THIS BEING A SAFETY HAZARD TO OUR HEALTH & SANITY . HOW IS THIS HOTEL TAKING RESERVATIONS WITHOUT NOTIFYING GUESTS THAT THIS WILL HAPPEN ? The MANAGER COMPED ONLY 1/2 OF 1 NIGHT WHICH IS RIDICULOUS & DISGUSTING! "

"This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I stayed there for one night from May 2nd to May 3rd 2026. I was booking a booking at Moxy hotel which is a beautiful hotel but stopped when I saw that they only had one twin beds room left on Expedia. I came across this hotel and booked for a standard room for me and my daughter and on Expedia it showed double bed. When I got there the staff was rude and when I asked about getting a good room he told me that my room was already pre booked. I told him that I was an IHG member and didn’t care or ask me about my number. When I entered the room it was a tiny dirty room with 2 twin beds on the first floor. I went back and told him that it wasn’t even the same room I booked online and he said well that’s all we got. Mind you when I went online they had other rooms because I was still able to see availability for rooms in this hotel. I asked for a baby crib and he was like, I don’t know if we have one and I told him If they didn’t have one I will just leave and go somewhere else and I will want my money back. I asked for a manager and they said there is no manager until Monday. After that, he went to get the crib and put it in the room and came back and said the crib will be in your room. The carpet was stained, all the smoke from people smoking outside was in the room and when I turned the Tv on, it said welcome Katherine mind you that’s not my name. The only positive thing I had at this hotel was the breakfast."

"Staff was very pleasant, informative and helpful. A+. The buffet area was clean and food was fresh. We couldn't take advantage of the 4a.m. shuttle to the terminal, as our flight needed an earlier time to check in. The walk there was very short and safe, with clearly marked crosswalks. The reason I gave cleanliness lower points was our bathroom could have used a deep cleaning in all the crevices as it smelled like urine, which made the room smell questionable. "

"The outdoor pool was closed during our stay which was frustrating but everything else about this hotel is amazing. Great rooms and comfy beds, very beautiful."

"Could not get an early check in and could not store luggage. Was told they locker room was full but when I insisted, they were able to take our 2 large bags. Room was small but clean."

"Hotel was lovely and clean and staff were very helpful! Close to the airport which is what we were looking for and a free shuttle going every 20 mins!"
