Location is close to historic district on busy street with easy access to metro system. There are several restaurant options within walking distance. We stayed in room 403 were bathroom sink faucet was loose and the shower stall leaked. Reported this to hotel staff but they did nothing to fix issue.

My Charm Lisbon Suites is 3 minutes walk from Arrios metro station. Room was spotlessly clean and quiet. Had room at the back of the hotel. Decoration was modern and relaxing. Bed was huge, king size or queen size. Communication from hotel before stay was excellent, polite and helpful.
