「The hotel service staff are very welcoming and make people feel comfortable. But the facilities are too old, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is very loud, which is unbearable! The breakfast was very basic, the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had.」

「Hi, I'm satisfied my stay and all your attitude. I can feel the staff very welcome us. I appreciate and highly recommended to stay. A male staff help me to register membership , I stays over 30 days Holiday inn in the pass few year in different country. No staff proactive help me register the membership. 「I came in with 6 kids from our basketball team , we had two rooms booked , they were very accommodating in making sure our rooms were across fdom eachother . The boys had so much fun in the pool and hot tub, the staff even gave the boys a football to play with , which everyone in the pool got involved in . Room are spacious for all the boys to hang out in Clean and comfortable 」

「Room was very large with a comfortable couch, king bed, three chairs, table, desk, fridge and microwave. Great location right off the 401, so convenient while travelling. Room was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was good, although they ran out of coffee.」
