「Kind, courteous staff. Only stayed here one night when arriving in Cartagena before heading to the islands. Wish we had come back here for the second part of our trip in Cartagena. Convenient location to lively nightlife, restaurants, etc yet no right on the corner and rooms are away from the street so they are *quiet* at night. 」

「The location of the hotel was very good and the bed was comfortable and nice bathroom but the view of the room out the window was the roof of a home next door and the a/c in the room barely kept us cool but was still sweating in the high afternoon time and the room need a a Microwave and a small coffee pot maker would be nice too.」

「Staff members were great, super friendly and helpful, our room was beautiful with a balcony to the pool, nice cold AC when you needed, the pool was nice kept clean, breakfast was great every day with some fruit and even dessert, the hotel is well located with a safe place to park your car a few blocks away and a few food options right next to the hotel, overall great place to stay to experience Cartagena for a few days.」
