"For some unknown reason this place was already rated "excellent" whereas there was no previous reviews. So I felt a little bit manipulated as this place without being bad was way overrated. Although the place is generally clean, it nis not maintained properly. Some stuffs need some fixing. The room I stayed in for almost 10 days had suffered water leakage in the wall which resulted in traces on the wall which has not been redone or even painted. "Easy access to the relatively quiet local neighborhood and the shoreline of Cartagena Bay. Check in was a breeze, the staff was very helpful. And our room had a great balcony view of the lagoon looking over at Getsemani and the Walled City. Hope to return soon..."
