This is a historic Colonial property in a historic, artsy neighborhood. Walkable right out the door to shops and cafes etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you want a gleaming tower separate from the real city, this is not for you. If you want authenticity (and comfort too!) then come here. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Casa Morales is an amazing place, from the check in Oswaldo was super helpful and gave us tons of recommendations which we tried and were really really good. The place is super quiet, but at the same time really close to the heart of Getsemani. The rooms were super clean and had everything you need.

The property was close to the center of restaurants, art, and life of the area. It felt safe at all times and beautifully structured. We had a few mishaps throughout our stay such as lack of house keeping but overall a good experience.

The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. So much so I extended my stay twice. Osvaldo one of the hotel workers took the time to explain the history of casa morales to me and I was absolutely fascinated and in love with every aspect of it. The hotel itself. The location. The Getsemaní neighborhood. I would highly recommend visiting this hotel you will not regret it. Also a big thank you to Natalia and Christian as well for taking such good care of us. Every single hotel staff was so attentive to us and made sure we were happy always.

This hotel was just fine. There wasn't much in the way of service beyond someone at the front desk most of the time, but it worked for us. There is no restaurant or bar. No breakfast or much in the way of entertainment, but its location in the heart of Gestemani makes it a great place to explore that part of town or walk to the walled city. The pool was refreshing and the room was comfortable, clean and made us all happy.

We arrived late, so it was hard to see. Went up and the room was incredible! 3 bedrooms 2 bath. Kids went nuts. Night maintenance guy was so kind. Gave a restaurant recommendation across the street that was incredible. In the morning, the lady helped organize a boat for us and negotiated a much lower taxi rate to the dock. Above and beyond, as it was a complicated situation. Room was beyond comfortable (and huge!), but service was incredible.

Nice big room, no safe. One night table when they need two. Door entry to the hotel is just stupid. Locked at all times, good. Not always maned to let you in. I had to wait as long as 20 minutes one night to get in. Another day 15 minutes and the other hotel staff didn't have a key to get in either. The morning I am leaving there's no power and a key has to be used to get out. He couldn't find the key right away and it made me realize how unsafe this would be in an emergency. Pool was cloudy the entire stay

Fantastic value, highly recommend!

This place is a FANTASTIC value. We stayed in a couple much more expensive places in the area before staying here for the night before we flew out. The room, including the bathroom and kitchenette was very clean. There were water bottles provided. The room setup worked perfectly. We took a look at the pool in the morning and it was actually a good size with a really lovely (extremely sunny) deck. There were flowers everywhere and a shady spot to sit while we put our feet in. My only point against it was that the pool could have used extra cleaning but I think it was just all the pollen falling in from the gorgeous flowers. The other issue was that the door is manned 24/7 but there is a gate and eventually outer door that get locked as well. Ultimately thats a good thing for noise and security but sometimes the single doorman does step away for a minute and you might experience a delay getting let in which is confusing the first time. We were worried door buzzes might be audible from the room (bc we were immediately next to the welcome desk) but it really was not bad. Review wouldnt let me add a photo, but the place photographs BEAUTIFULLY. The pictures on the site dont do it justice.
