「The lady working the check in desk could use some training, she didn’t give us very good directions and she wrote the incorrect room number (ours) on someone else’s card sleeve because they were trying to get in our room and they showed us the key sleeve and it had our room number on it!! They went back to the desk and come to find out that they were in the room next door?」

「This was one of the best stays ever. I had no idea when I booked that it was a Bed and Breakfast!! It’s decorated to antique and stylish! The Street car running directly in front is and added bonus! Our concierge served us delicious breakfast options each morning! Although there should be non pork options. The are around the hotel is very lovely and friendly. We strolled 3 to 4 blocks everyday enjoying the local eateries in the neighborhood. The entire staff from concierge to cook to the...

「I love the Alder. It is spacious and mostly clean. But the area around it is a little sketchy. The water pressure could use some improvement and the bathroom could be just a little cleaner, but overall great value for the money. 」
