「Super nice stuff from front desk, drivers, people on the parking, cleaning crew, service staff at the beach club. The hotel is in a perfect location. And they provide shuttle within 3 miles, a short ride to the beach club and/or to restaurants. Room is spacious and has everything what you need. Definitely recommend this hotel for family trip, couple getaway or whatever:)」

「We had a great time at this resort. Our condo was so spacious and clean. The private beach access was amazing and with this included a full setup (chairs, umbrellas, and food & drink service). Could not ask for better! Only bummer was the main restaurant’s kitchen was closed to reconstruction but they still had other food options at the tiki bars and on campus Starbucks.」

「Pros: We had a more renovated room and really liked the kitchenette. Super convenient and close to everything. Cons: The breakfast wasn’t very good and the common areas need a refresh. 」

「Excellent support staff. Very accommodating and centrally located. I enjoyed a drama-free, stress-free relaxing 3 nights. The king suite more than fit my needs with comfortable bedding. I would like to especially thank Shamika at the front desk for all her efforts to accommodate my early flight arrival into West Palm Beach and her meticulous attention to detail. Thank you. I will continue to check Embassy Suites first in the future for my hotel-travel needs.」
