「Restaurant services were very nice, staff at service were very soft spoken and supportive. But staff at reception were pathetic and arrogant, they think like as you owe to them and will give a damn to serve you. Rooms are very compact and suffocative, windows are opening in corridors. Cleanliness is good. Wi-Fi is also not so appreciative, intermittent disconnections you may find. Overall not recommended to stay.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. 「Bathroom in our apartment flooded as the slope of the bathroom was going against the drain. It took the staff a lot of time to resolve. They ending up upgrading us to a better room the next day but for such a nice resort they need to get their construction sorted. Also, they restrict consumption of store bought alcholhol in the hotel room which is very strange. You should be free to consume what you want in your room. 」

Our initial impressions were mixed, our room was great, really clean, lovely comfortable extra wide double bed, generous sized bathroom, balcony, good furniture with plenty of storage.
