"The hotel is brand new and the rooms are refreshed with all the amenities needed to enjoy Goa. In a great location and very much enjoyed the professional and very excellent staff. "Beds were not made and has lot of stains on them. Have taken pictures. Don’t think they are washed. Just covered them with comforter. Beautiful building and big nice rooms. Just sat in the chair whole night."

"We had an awesome experience at the Grand Hayatt this month. The dinning folks ( Akash, Rahul, Saurav, Suvrana, Saloni and Eloni amongst others), Vikash who helped and guided us through the stay and Raju who drove us around Goa. Thank you all for an awesome experience. There were a lot more folks whose names I don’t remember. "

"Booked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in. The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote."
