「Excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. Room with jacuzzi, lovely breakfast and very helpful, friendly staff. Restaurant is very good for evening meal. Fantastic location, right on the main square. Would definitely stay again.. Thank you xx」

「Breakfast was fresh with a good selection and served by efficient friendly staff. Omelettes and other food items could be ordered individually. Rooms were large and clean and beds were turned down daily. Reception service was efficient and any questions we had were answered. The bar is open until midnight and there was live piano music on Friday with a medley of well known tunes played by a friendly pianist. Overall a very nice weekend spent in Cracow with the hotel adding to this experience. 」
