「Day time front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We had to check in after hours and go through the security guard. That wasn’t the best experience only because it took us 3 calls to him for him to call us back after waiting outside the office for about 10 minutes. But he got us our key and all was fine. 「This was a Voucher Motel with people living there. The property had garbage and construction debris everywhere. It had mold in the bathroom. There wasn’t even staff in the office at 10:00 on check out. The smell of pot was inside and outside. We had to walk over broken pipes and other building materials to get to our room. I asked for a cancellation with a refund but she refused. I was so glad it was only one night. 」
