Day time front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We had to check in after hours and go through the security guard. That wasn’t the best experience only because it took us 3 calls to him for him to call us back after waiting outside the office for about 10 minutes. But he got us our key and all was fine. The room was basic but clean and just what we needed for a quick stay. Ceiling fan was a huge plus. We did not use the amenities. The shower was a huge very high set garden tub which was not the easiest to get in and out of. I don’t know if all units are this way but definitely worth asking if you struggle with getting in and out of shower. The property was clean and quiet. Overall I would recommend.

Overall, it was a decent stay. The location and overall setup were convenient, and the check-in process was smooth. One thing I would’ve liked is more variety on the TV, there were only about 20 stations available. I also noticed stains on the bed sheets upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing. With a little more attention to those details, the experience could be much better.

I had a late check in, after 10:00. I was told there would be a gated entry and a security guard would do the check in. After our arrival we search for the gated entrance, there is none, tried calling the number, no answer, finally after 45 minutes of trying every avenue, I spoke to a guest and they showed me the church in door, which was locked, she said knock loudly and someone would answer. So finally we were given our room.BAD check in. Will not return to this “resort”.

Room was clean. Can see renovations are ongoing. That is a plus. New paint in the room, however the paint spatter on bathroom faucet should be cleaned up. The furniture has seen better days. Appears new mattress was needed. But farely quite for being on a main road. Is kinda out of the way, for us this was good. We prefer not being in the middle of all rhe tourism. Our room overlooked the pool, but also overlooked the mess behind it. Not so appealing. All in all a good place to stay.

The room was nice. It was clean. And had a fridge,microwave, and coffeemaker. The pool was closed. Im assuming it is not heated and the weather was cold. No hot tub. But a deep soaking tub in the room. Only problem was lack of hot water and water pressure. Nice and quiet area.staff was friendly.

It was a nice stay. Rooms were clean only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is the water wouldn’t get hot. This was the only 2 weeks it’s cold in Florida and we really needed it. Otherwise it was nice.
