「Kids running through halls, knocking on random doors, screaming, yelling and running around until 3am. You can hear everything from the room next door. We could not use the pool with slides due to how many people were there including many small kids. The one hot tub only seats five adults. There was a line of people waiting for the hot tub. If you want a stressful, over crowded and cheap breakfast, this is for you! Barely anywhere to sit. And again, children running through the dining area. I...

「Check in was easy and seamless. The room was clean and the hotel location is great. Our issue is with the staff- check out was posted as 11AM. At 9:00am we were woken up but repeated loud knocks on our door. When I went to the door there was a random guy (not housekeeping) with a clipboard asking what time we were checking out... I've never seen that in my life but we told them 11AM. Not even one hour later we have more loud knocks on our door that woke us up again, this time from housekeeping...
