「Everything was excellent with top notch accommodations. A 5 Star Hotel with a boutique Perisian feel and a wonderful view of the famous Sofitel Casco Viejo Legend Hotel!! The only complaint was the TV in the main living room area didn't have any sound! HOT Water & AC were wonderful! We had a complimentary bottle of wine in our room with complimentary drinks at the bar!!」

「Hotel was beautiful and in the most convenient location. LOts of food options as here were multiple restaurants on site. Breakfast was very good. Check-in was a bit lacking, however. We paid for a Queen Jr. Suite but were initially given a small interior room with 2 double beds, not realizing at first that this was not the room we booked. But then a family of 5 adults walked into our room about an hour later as they were also assigned to our room an given keys! How does this happen??? We were...
