「The people were all genuinely nice. It’s a well located beautiful property. Was there for a wedding. Bride had asked that i - in her close wedding party be on the same floor. 「Great location just minutes from port, Petit Champlain, and Funicular up to Dufferin Terrace to Upper Old Quebec City. They did offer a breakfast at $25/person but we chose to walk I to Place Royale and get lively pastries and coffees at Maison Smith. Will stay here again. Only "complaint" is that our room did not have any bedside outlets for charging and maybe a little more light in shower would have been nice. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.」

「I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.」
