"Air conditioning isn’t great"

"I had a really enjoyable stay at The Hoxton Holborn. The staff were fantastic throughout, genuinely helpful, friendly and professional, which was one of the main things that made the stay so positive. The hotel has a great atmosphere, especially downstairs, with a really trendy, lively feel. The location is excellent and everything felt very easy from arrival to departure. The rooms are quite small, but beautifully designed, stylish and comfortable, with a really cool bathroom design. My only real complaint is that a cup of tea felt very expensive, although it was loose leaf and nicely presented. The bathroom products were also fine, but did not have much scent. Overall, it is a fantastic central hotel with great staff, stylish rooms and a brilliant downstairs vibe. The restaurant being open late is also a real bonus if you want something quick and easy. I would definitely stay again."

"Fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and kind, especially when I had a small issue with a bag, which turned out to be entirely my own fault. The room was very small, so you do need to be prepared for that, but it was extremely comfortable and ideal for a short stay. The air conditioning was exceptional, which made a huge difference, and despite being right in the centre of Soho, the room was wonderfully quiet at night. The bar was also very reasonably priced for tea and coffee, and they made a fantastic espresso. I have no complaints at all. It is a great choice if you want somewhere central, comfortable, quiet and easy. I would definitely stay again."

"Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Exquisite hotel. Room and bathroom sizes were spacious, staff were very helpful, and cleanliness was impeccable. I recommend paying for the daily breakfast spread. The options were excellent and it saved a lot of time trying to figure out where or what to have to eat before a big day of touring."
