Concierge agents very professional and diligents at all times. Receptionist extremely rude treating people as enemies, i think they forget that we are the clients. I needed decaf coffe from the room amenities and she was selling it to me. The water station at the reception was always empty . I tried w expedia to contact the hotel in regards to a reservation and they never answer. "

"Wyndham is a timeshare complex. Beware of the sales pitch you will be presented with at check in. There is no breakfast offerings at the restaurant. The restaurant is not affiliated with the Wyndham and the service is very lacking. What is really nice about the stay is the staff. They are very amenable to your needs. The resort is also very quiet and you can always find a beach chair. "
