"Our stay at the Nesean Plaza was so nice. This stay was a part of our Honeymoon. We got a bottle of champagne and a plate with fresh fruit when we arrived! The staff was very kind. And most important, the room was so clean! We got clean towels everyday. Breakfast was a buffet and had enough optione to choose from. If we go to Crete (Heraklion) we would stay in this hotel again. "A very nice hotel. The room was large with nice furnishings and amenities. The bed was very comfortable. Downsides were that our window looked directly across at a strip club, and there were no outlets or charging ports near the bedside tables."

I don’t mind walking but I only have so many footsteps a day due to double foot surgery. Other than that , everything was great. The staff, the food, & the property itself. Thank you."

"Overall, it’s a pretty great hotel, but it’s not worth the price point. Pros: - clean room and shared spaces - very warm staff, super helpful and great service - good breakfast selection - welcome drink and traditional beverage provided - in room amenities (hair dryer, iron, tv with many international channels) are great Cons: - for a newly built hotel there were some small issues that you wouldn’t expect. For example the bathroom door in our unit wouldn’t easily close without a very firm push. - there is a club/restaurant across the street and they were playing very loud music and singing until 3:30 AM and even with the windows closed it could be heard. We were told that the hotel will be undergoing some renovations to help with this soon so hopefully it will be fixed. - location is close to the water and some beaches but a little further from the city centre where most of the shops and restaurants are. We found it difficult to get taxis to the hotel so we walked around 20-30 mins which might pose a challenge if you have mobility issues."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Amirandes Hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our bungalow room was lovely. We especially enjoyed being able to walk straight out and look at the sea. The main pool is huge, with plenty of space to relax, and there are lots of activities available throughout the week. We particularly loved the padel, olive oil tasting and pottery making. I also had the signature massage, which was a full-body treatment. I love a massage, and this was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. The poolside team were always so smiley and attentive, regularly bringing us drinks and making us feel very well looked after. The cleaners were equally friendly, and our room was immaculate every day. We ate at the buffet most evenings, but we also visited Blue Monkey. If you are staying on a half-board basis, they offer a €20-per-person credit against the bill, which was a lovely bonus. The food there was delicious. The buffet staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and we especially loved the pancake lady! The morning team were also fantastic, taking our coffee orders as soon as we sat down. Every member of staff helped make our stay so enjoyable. We would highly recommend Amirandes Hotel and would love to return."
