「Breakfast was a joke, hardly any food, no juice, and everyone was complaining about the lack of food and everyone was going to kwik trip」

「Disappointed in the lack of accessible features even the front door's button to access the door coming and going didn't work and for people already struggling with bags trying to hold the door and bring bags in a struggle let alone a handicapable person. Breakfast was okay towels were refreshed but beds not made seemed bare minimum in many places. 」

「We have family that live in Waupaca and recently we’ve had numerous events over the years where when we come to town, we stay at this hotel. We recently had a loved one passed away and we’ve been there three times in the last month in relation to that situation. The hotel is conveniently located. I feel very safe there. The staff are very good. I find the breakfast is to be good as well. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we need to...
