「I like the foods served at breakfast. Clean room & good air conditioning.」

「Staff great. I found 57 things in 2 days as a business expert that I would fix. We didnt like the fact no screens in bathroom vent and we watched flying things come in there during shower especially bees! ALOT fixes FROZEN cheese on nachos wasnt good either they microwaved 2 times after asking and finally was warm ONLY.. FELL on wet slick tile multi million dollar lawsuit in America. Owner ignored me i asked to speak with never did in 2 days. 」

「Just a step away from the mall, good parking, clean room and hallway and the best thing about it is staff are friendly and accomodating. I give it a 5 star.」

「Whenever I travel to Manila for business, this hotel has always been my first choice. However, my most recent stay was quite disappointing. While I can accept that the facilities are getting old, the air conditioner was leaking water throughout the room during my stay. The floor became slippery, and I almost fell because of it. I have stayed here many times in the past and have always had a good experience, which makes this situation even more disappointing. Unfortunately, for my next business...

「longer timer operating time for swimming pool will be better, e.g. until 9pm」

「Nice trip staff. Nice lake. But place needs a scrub down.」
