「The room unit or room was owned by an individual but very well maintained. There was dishwasher, kitchen utensils, a portable cookstove, and cutleries. There was free soap, toothbrush and toothpaste to use. There was no free slippers though. The AC is a small window type and not the split type that is much more compatible with the room size. 「The staff were very helpful, specially the guards at the property. The room is decent enough for overnight stay as long as your not picky, it's good as what you paid for.」

「The unit is clean, the host is very accommodating, agreed to check us in in a very short notice. Seamless check in and check out. Literally 5min walk to SM Bicutan. The only downside is the walls between each unit is not sound proof, however they have a strict noice curfew from 6am til 10pm if I remember it right. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.」
