Staff and amenities are absolutely fabulous. Hands down. The food is fantastic. It’s very rare a hotel will have great customer service and great food but the grand Hyatt has everything down to perfection. Will be staying here from now on. We had the 2 bedroom suite and I didn’t want to leave the room. The bed and pillows are so comfortable.

Staff was amazing, place was super clean. We did have one issue with the TV which would turn on and off every so often. Other than that that place is 10 out 10. We have the privilege of eating at the peak, the food is 10 out 10. Also we got a complimentary breakfast at the gran kitchen and that place was amazing as well. Overall great experience I would definitely come back
