「Terrible experience. The customer service was among the worst I have encountered. The room was dirty, with broken doors and no hot water at all. The towels were extremely small, more like kitchen towels than bath towels. Breakfast offered very limited options, and the area did not feel safe. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.」

「Sheets were dirty and had cigarette holes in the comforter and sheet. The front desk gentleman did give me brand new sheets and pillow cases for the stay. Two towels in the bathroom, no hand towel or facecloth. Everything has stains on it, the walls ceilings, furnishings, everything appears to not be wiped down what so ever. NOW, our first hotel cancelled on us last minute and this hotel was cheaper and last minute, so for what I paid, it was what it was. But they are a serious. Leaning away...
