"The grounds were lovely, very well maintained and were fully in bloom in February."

"The view was incredible from the whole hotel and all the staff very friendly. The wet bar was a great place to hang out. We hadn't booked the food and drink package ahead of time but realized when we got there that it would be good value so we were able to add it on. The food was fine (better than most all inclusives I've been to) and drinks were a good selection. The restaurant and bar area were really beautiful with a view across the bay. The hotel shuttle down to reception/gift shop and to the beach was super convenient. Apparently there are lots of great restaurants in walking distance too. We saw howler monkeys right at the entrance to Playa Hermosa and it's a beautiful beach to walk along and swim at. The only feedback we have is that the bed in our room was very hard and the daily activities can be a bit loud with the staff doing bingo on the microphone for an hour one of the days! It's a small area so they could do it without a mic. Super close to Liberia airport and we got an Uber for about $45 CAD to the hotel. Also loads of car hire places around too. "

"Very clean room. Fun view. Black out curtain in case your flight time works better if you can sleep during daylight. Could have used more water but the cleaning team was happy to give us additional bottles. Great location for an early flight out. "

"Spotless room with wonderful bed, lovely amenities (coffee/coffee maker, glass drinking glasses, mini fridge) and friendly, gracious staff in every position throughout the property. The pools were relaxing and/or rejuvenating (depending on the temperature), the grounds are beautifully maintained and the food is plentiful and delicious. Thank you for a lovely and relaxing stay! "The housekeeper Ana was the exceptional part of my stay. She went above and beyond as a housekeeper. I’ve traveled the world and stayed in 100’s of hotels and resorts. I’ve never had such great service out of one single person. If she isn’t the boss, she should be. In real life outside of vacation I run a crew of 100’s of people. Give that woman an crew and have her train them on EXACTLY what to do! She’s the one! I recognize leaders in their field when I see them. She’s the leader! We had a great stay at the resort, thank you to all who work there"
