Room was clean, bedsheets were soft, food was delicious and staff were wonderful. Front staff were fabulous and helped arrange rides into town a few times. As an asthmatic, the first hike up to my room was a bit wild, but it was totally worth the view from my hammock. This location is truly something special.

The internet is awful. As well as the pool—the pool is literally falling apart. It looks like a huge tub that was left on its own. The lounge chairs are the most uncomfortable , and there’s only four of them for the whole hotel . The room is very outdated, very outdated. The shower is in the bathroom. It definitely needs a makeover, but if your expectations are low and you plan to spend most of your day hiking, it’s a perfect crash point. The brave first is very decent fresh fruit and yogurt, coffee and orange juice. Perfect to start your day. The AC in the room works well , After we had the stuff coming to fix it.

All good but no frills... excellent tenderloin with malbec in the restaurant. Great value for the price. Beware of birds over the parking as your car will be covered in no time! I was not warned about this by staff.

This hotel was a great - good value, it is close to the park, the restaurant was excellent, the property was beautiful, and the service was excellent. Moses at the front desk was very helpful, and the restaurant manager was extremely friendly and helpful figuring out how to obtain a replacement camera memory card.

The hotel grounds are stunning with an array of colorful flowers, beautiful birds, and short paths that easily connect you to the buildings. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ate at the restaurant several times and each meal was delicious. All of this, plus convenient access to Parque Rincon de la Vieja!
