「房间很干净，旁边就是沙滩，唯一不好的就是我预定的是面向大海的房间，办房卡的时候前台也确定是面向大海的房间，可是到达房间后根本就不是而是一个侧面的房间」

I wasn't there when those reviews were written but I can say that my experience does not align with ANY negative review of any type. From check-in to housekeeping to food and beverage to valet, we didn't have a single issue and so I highly recommend visiting Shepards on your next trip to Clearwater. 「The bathtub was very slippery. You need slip grip on the tub or more bars in the tub area . Great location. Staff very accommodating and friendly. 」

「This was our first trip to Clearwater. So our first time at this hotel. We loved everything about it. Our room overlooked the ocean so we got to see all kinds of marine life: dolphins, manatees, sting rays. Up close. It was awesome. No need to charter a boat. We will be back and we highly recommend.」

「Great room. King suite with private patio was perfect for us. Perfect location, 1 block within the beach, the super store (ryse?) A nice pizza spot and Cocos bar. Made our getaway a weekend to remember. It being smoker friendly on the patio and property (not in rooms) was an amazing cherry on top. 」

「Unfortunately the A/C does not cool the room. Its a good size room and a small unit. The bed and pillow was awful hard that needs an upgrade as well. Everything else was excellent.」
