「一般旅客到了酒店都是想盡快入check in 進房，但酒店接待員卻拿了一張地圖介紹這裏是什麼哪裏是什麼，有點太早了吧？ 浴室的護理液，例如洗頭水，沖涼液，護髮素用別的儲存方法較用金屬儲存器好，因為如果滑手跌了落腳面或腳趾就肯定會受傷了。」

「整間飯店的工作人員都非常友善，樂於助人❤️ 飯店距離熱鬧的卡倫海灘不遠，步行可到。附近有許多餐廳可以選擇，商店及藥局也一應俱全。 我們入住後，孩子就因為感冒病了，所以無法好好享受設施與環境。為了照顧孩子我們幾乎都待在飯店裡面，直到退房當天孩子好多了，但旅遊也結束了😂 感謝飯店服務人員對於我們的關心！」
