「We arrived at 2:45 pm and at the desk was informed no check-in until 3:00. I was very tired and disappointed we were refused check in unless we waited 15 minutes. 「The hotel quality does not match the price at all, about 600dollar per night, but the quality of the hotel facilities, such as the bed and shower room design, is horrible; there is no door for the shower, and the water was splashed outside when you are taking a shower and you feel cold too. The shower head is high and you have to raise your head to avoild your hair wet. For example, the desk light was broken. Furnitures are old... Never come again.」

「Everyone was super friendly! The only issues I had was the water not draining in the bathtub or sink. Maybe it was a user error, but I think it might have been backed up. I didn’t mind it, it was a slow drain but it eventually worked! The breakfast was nice and clean and well laid out. Minor inconvenience with the juices being out or mostly water. It was a very cute atmosphere though. 」
