「A great place to stay, near a lot of things. I would definitely recommend it.」

「Overall great time. The staff was alittle unprepared with some of the extra activities. They could have informed guest about Travelblazer Challenge.. we read about it in the flyer but no staff encouraged us to join or even asked if we knew about it.」

「Staff friendly. Breakfast very good although not included. Many amenities for kids next to Busch Gardens. Bed nice, however ceilings and carpet not clean and dilapidated. I had very limited options to cancel second day; would have been reimbursed very small amount;That was unacceptable. Probably more options if had booked through hotel. Did not see a phone number on Expedia to call directly.」

「The hotel was in a great location for our trip. The staff was very friendly and always available. The room (especially the bathroom) could use some touching up and the floors were extremely creaky but overall, good choice.」

「The property is large, so listen to the staff’s helpful directions upon checkin. Highly recommend taking the time to relax and read at their pool. The quiet adult pool area was a very welcome and unexpected amenity!」

「The property has a great all inclusive breakfast and also love the fact that they have an outdoor pool since the neighboring hotel doesn't. I've stayed here in the past when visiting family near by and haven't been disappointed. Also I want to thank the two front desk employees Michelle and Tyrese, for understanding my situation and being super accommodating to my needs. You guys rock!!! See you all again in the near future.」

「We got there at 1 am and there was no one at the front desk, so I had to walk to hotel next door to get assistance. There was stuff floating in the toilet. Mold on the ceiling in the shower. The shower curtain rack was about to fall and curtain wouldn’t stay. Hair stuck to the walls of the tub so it doesn’t appear the bathroom was properly cleaned. The bed was nice and comfy and AC worked. We only slept there and left early the next morning.」

「Maybe a better choice out of the surrounding hotels but definitely didn't feel like it was as great as most of the reviewers have mentioned. The front lobby appears nice and the staff were very friendly. However, although they maybe had some renovations, rooms still felt a little outdated and small. The bathrooms were small and you could definitely see the wear and tear on the ceiling of the shower and the shower head was very low for a standard bathroom shower. But what I really had an issue...
