"What a wonderful stay. I came up with family for my birthday and had such a warm welcome together with an upgrade to a gorgeous junior suite. In addition they had gone to the trouble of leaving balloons and a lovely slice of birthday cake in my room ready for my arrival. It was such a nice gesture and very very appreciated. We have stayed in this hotel before and were met with such a warm welcome from the reception staff that it was our first choice of hotel for this return trip. Location btw is fantastic. "

"Central, handy to main-line stations. Very effective conversion of old building into modern, comfortable hotel accommodation. Room spacious, well appointed, and quiet despite nearby railway and major works. "

"The only issue is it lacks working space for business travellers as all the tables are too low down and many people have given the same feedback. Otherwise its location is great, quality hotel for the price and staff are very amenable. Rooms are on quiet carpeted corridors and very spacious and new with everything you need."

"A little confusing at check in because i have hearing issues. The dialects of employees was hard for me to understand, fortunately i had a companion that hears better."

"The location is wonderful, few minutes from King Cross station, close to all city center sites. The staff is very helpful. Very clean. The size of the rooms are ver- very small. It’s not for everyone.Check carefully what it says about size exactly for your room!"
