「Sense's staff are helpful and caring. The exterior of the hotel is nice and located next to Echo Beach within a 10-minute walk. However, the interior of the room is quite outdated. Some of the decorations are worn. Also, there is barely any soundproofing measurement inside. I can hear people talking in the pool, especially those who are drunk and keep screaming at midnight and next door, which is extremely disturbing . 」

The hotel even provides buggy service that takes us to nearby places. The staff extremely attentive, remembering our preferences from day 1. I love the all day breakfast concept making it extremely flexible especially for travellers with unpredictable schedule. Their a la carte menu for lunch/dinner though simple but food is of very high standard. We contemplated going out for our dinner on the last night but eventually decided to stay with them simply because we know we will be very well taken care of and we were right. Love this hotel and would undoubtedly return! "
