「Staff were very friendly and helpful, there is a convenience store downstairs and it is only 10-15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Room is fine for 3 but would be too cramped for 4 unless two were kids. Sofa bed is comfortable, main bed and bathroom were great. 」

「Me and my mum had a fabulous stay at the hotel. The staff were all really nice and helpful, the room was lovely and cosy and clean, and the location of the hotel could not have been better. We had breakfast included in our stay and were so glad we did as the restaurant was in a beautiful spot overlooking the park and the food was really nice with plenty of choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.」

「The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay.」

「The attention to detail was brilliant, it was my partners birthday and they provided cake, balloons and a letter from the staff for a small fee. We were always greeted by staff at the reception and the room/hotel was spotless and incredibly attentive. Would stay here again and have recommended to all friends and family who are looking at visiting Krakow. 」
