The apartment is located only 5 minutes away from the main market in Kraków. There is a cute park-like area behind the building. Great breakfast and lunch/dinner options right around the corner (Italian restaurant in the building). Highly recommend staying here!

Great accommodation. Would definitely recommend, all extras included such as tea coffee, sugar salt fresh towels soap etc. good communication on the live chat. Lovely apartment building. Can definitely recommend the white bear cafe opposite for a coffee whilst waiting to check in/ out. Also £7 for a bolt taxi from the airport if booked through the app.

The apartment building is fairly new and modern with two restaurants downstairs, and lovely park in back of the building counting Ul Karmelicka.It is located minutes of walking distance from the city center/ Rynek , theaters, opera , endless restaurants and cafes . Apartment is modern, clean, equipped in necessary fixtures .Sheets were very clean and nicely pressed ! My only wish was; that apartment had armchairs to relax after exploring the city. There are two chairs on the balcony , but the weather did not permitted to be outside.. Also there is an unpleasant smell when you get out of elevator , walls with marks and scratches ( need attention ).. But overall it is clean, nice, with easy instruction access property !

Fabulous Stay which is close to the Main Square

The apartment was fabulous. It had all the amenities such as tea and coffee, dishwasher tablets and cutlery. The apartment staff and security were really helpful and professional. Once we had checked out, we were able to leave our bags at their other accommodation a short walk away. This was very useful. The apartment was situated in a great location which was easy accessible for the Main Square. The room itself had lovely décor and was very clean. My only negative would be that the towels/bins are only changed on the 3rd day of our stay. But when requested the staff made an exception and changed them a day early. Overall it was a lovely stay and I would highly recommend. We will be returning for our next visit to Krakow.

Clean, spacious room in a very quiet building . Overall communication was good however I’d arranged transport from the airport to the hotel and also to the hotel to the airport through the apartment and there were major issues both times. The first time, the driver picked me up from the airport and dropped me off at the wrong hotel. I had no idea until I called the service desk at the apartment and she figured out I was in the wrong location. Thankfully, I was able to get an uber (on my own) to the correct apartment. I still had to pay for being dropped off at the wrong apartment location. I also ordered a driver through the apartment to take me to the airport when I was leaving Poland and the driver never showed up. Again, i was able to get an Uber in my own. I wouldn’t bother arranging airport pick up band drop off through the apartment. Ubers are plentiful in this area of Krakow and it’s easy enough t to just use Uber. I would stay here again, as the rest of my experience was lovely.
