An hour after I checked in, I noticed a washcloth with blood on it and I let her know what the front desk and she told me that I must’ve done that. I explained that I just needed some washcloth and a towel and she told me to wait until the morning since I already use some. I told her that was unacceptable and I began raising my voice and getting upset and that’s when she told me that she would go into her sneaker stash to give me an extra wash bowl "
