We expected a new 4-star hotel experience, but the bed was unbelievably hard. Genuinely the hardest and most uncomfortable hotel bed we have ever slept on. There was no topper or anything to soften it, and my back still hurts. Our friends had a separate room and had the same experience. None of us slept well. The room also got extremely hot. The AC shuts off...

「La habitación mediocre manchas de pintura la puerta del lavabo lamentable no podíamos abrirla del todo por que pegaba en el inodoro, sillas y mesa del balcón llenas de pintura, en el lavabo ni un solo enchufe de corriente la lamparilla de la mesita de noche no funcionaba los enchufes de la habitación solo había uno y era casi inaccesible etc.」

「We've been coming to this area and driving past this hotel for about 35 years and decided to stay couple of nights before transferring to our timeshare at Quint do Lago. It's a nice hotel with great staff and pool but little else. There is a free on-demand minibus to the beach which is a big plus. We were about surprised to find that in a few places, the carpets were worn right through..Not what you'd expect from a 5* location. Breakfast was "OK" but lacked inspiration (and decent bacon!)....
